內部運作

芊耀提供完整的產品開發及生產製程，研發部門進行產品開發及”送樣驗證”，業務部門進行”訂單確認”，生產管理部門建立 “生產訂單”並排立製造時間表，由製造部門依據訂單需求及評估設備能力進行生產，再由品保部門確保”產品品質”滿足客戶的需求，若產能不足時，以加班或增加設備來應變。

Inner workings

Chianyao provides a complete product development and production process. The R&D department conducts product development and “sample delivery verification”, the business department conducts “order confirmation”, and the production management department establishes “production orders” and sets up manufacturing schedules. Demand and evaluate the equipment capacity for production, and then the quality assurance department ensures that the “product quality” meets the customer’s needs. If the production capacity is insufficient, overtime or increase equipment to respond.
